How to use Soothing Blend to support:



Soothing Blend edifies your healing process. It walks with you down the path that needs to be taken in order for you to find healing. Diffuse 2-3 drops in your diffuser during meditation as you journey to identify the source of pain and heal.

Avoiding Emotional Issues

Soothing Blend teaches you acceptance and tolerance of your pain. If you know you find it hard to come in touch with your emotions, place 2 drops of Soothing Blend onto cupped hands and inhale. Intentionally release all the blocks that might come between you and your emotions, as you exhale. Repeat a few times in a session, then repeat as needed.

Resisting Pain

Dilute 1-3 drops with Carrier oil and massage wherever emotional pain is experienced Soothing Blend reveals the possibility that pain is not cruel or bad but is simply a teacher.

Maintain Mental Clarity

Soothing Blend can support the mind in staying calm and collected during intense emotional pain to prevent you from making irrational decisions. Place 2 drops of Soothing Blend onto cupped hands and inhale, or dilute with a carrier oil and perform a self massage over the back of the neck area, shoulders and chest.


Finally Soothing Blend enables you to understand the nature of the pain and altogether let go. Add a few drops to a foot spa with a few teaspoons of epsom salts, and allow your feet to soak in warm water. Muscle Pain and Inflammation

After a day of hard physical labour or a gym session, massage 2-4 drops with carrier oil or lotion into affected areas to ease pain. You can massage yourself quite vigorously to get the full benefit of the oil into your muscles. Try a 30ml jumbo roller, make up a blend and keep in your gym bag. 


Slowly apply 1-2 drops of Soothing Blend to bruised area to soothe pain and help promote healing of the bruised area.

Back Pain

Apply 2-4 drops directly over pain and massage in. You can use the help of a massage gun or pressure stick to really get into the knots and tight areas.


For relief from throbbing head pain apply 1-2 drops diluted with a carrier oil, to temples and back of neck. Try resting for a few minutes and allow the oil to do its magic. 

Joint Pain

If you are experiencing painful joints apply 1-2 drops to affected areas twice a day. Remember to dilute with a carrier oil or lotion as this blend can be quite strong on the skin. 

Practical uses

  • Apply Soothing Blend to feet and knees before and after exercise. You can also keep Soothing Blend in your gym bag and apply straight after your workout. 
  • It is recommended to rub Soothing Blend on the lower back area after a day of heavy lifting, can be used in conjunction with a warm wheatie bag for a soothing and healing affect.
